New York, United States - International Photography Awards 2010 (IPA) announces Winners of the Competition Stefano Orazzini was Awarded: "1st place in Fine Art - Abstract" category for the winning entry "Night Terraces" and "Honorable Mention" in Architecture - Cityscapes category for the winning entry "Silent Venice"
